7th May: "A Selection Of Industrial Steam In West Leicestershire & South Derbyshire" a talk and slide show by DAVID WEBB (Leicestershire)

4th June: DAVE HOOK (Burton) with the popular “Annual Railway Quiz"

2nd July: "Is The Master Cutler A South Yorkshireman" a talk and slides with MARTIN BROMLEY (Nottingham)

6th August: "Steaming Through Britain" video and DVDs shown by GRAHAM BRIGGS (Nottingham)

3rd September: PETER GRAY (Torquay) with a slide show "The Southern In The South And West"

17th September: NATTER NIGHT: "Burton Shed Photos & Movement Records" a presentation by DEREK SHARPE (Virgin Trains & Ex-Saltley fireman) includes 17B/16F loco pit book records and Leicester Junction Signal Box Register

1st October: "20 Years Of Main Line Steam" on large format slides by MALCOLM RANIERI (Stratford-on-Avon)

15th October: Judging by Society members  of the Photographic Competition followed by a Pie And Peas Supper

5th November: LES NIXON (Hathersage) presents "Railways In The Peak District" on slides.

3rd December: "Steam On Cine In The 50s & 60s" shown by MIKE CLEMENS (Pershore)

10th December: CHRISTMAS SOCIAL

 

All meetings are held at Marston’s Social Club, Shobnall Road, Burton upon Trent starting at 7.30 pm.
